How to use
Adults and children 6 years and over: dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue 3 times per day.

Why lactose tablets instead of pellets?
Dr. Schuessler prepared his cell salts by grinding each mineral with lactose (milk sugar) and pressing it into tablets. Daily Blend follows that traditional method.
