At The Cell Salt Company, we care deeply about your family's health and safety. Every bottle of our Schuessler tablets is made in the USA under strict GMP standards and sealed for your protection.
30-Day Returns on Unopened Bottles
We want you to feel confident trying cell salts. If you're not satisfied, you may return any unopened, unused bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Bottles must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in original condition.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@thecellsaltcompany.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
