Shipping Policy – The Cell Salt Company

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, or holidays), order processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or inventory shortages.

3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and chosen shipping speed.

4. International Shipping
At this time, The Cell Salt Company [does/does not] ship internationally.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their destination country.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipments to P.O. boxes are accepted only through USPS. Please select the appropriate carrier option at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Cell Salt Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@thecellsaltcompany.com with your order number and images of the damaged package. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

10. Shipping Restrictions
Some products, such as those containing natural ingredients or liquids, may have specific shipping restrictions depending on the destination. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped due to regulatory or carrier limitations.
