We've been taught that weak or fragile teeth and bones mean there's not enough calcium in the body. But bone health is more complex. It's about how the body builds, repairs, and maintains structure over time. Bones are living tissue — constantly breaking down and rebuilding. Teeth follow a similar pattern, reflecting how well minerals are being used and maintained within the body over time.
